My blog is actually not a cooking blog but dunno why it look like one! Anyway.. I loved to self cook dessert as I can control the sugar level.. Also due to my company shut down for Xmas festive and this make me even more free to do the cooking..
You may click here for the benefit of coconut milk.. I always believed that coconut milk is good for skin, but of course must eat moderately. No matter how good, if over consume is not good and harmful to health, this is what i think also lor...
What you need for the steamed egg with coconut milk.. See underneath~~
2 eggs white
100ml fresh milk
100ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon sugar (I used half tablespoon and find it too sweet for me, actually is depend on individual preference and taste lor.. )
Step 1
Pour fresh milk and sugar into the bowl and whisk the mixture till sugar dissolved.
Step 2
Add the coconut milk and egg white, continue to whisk the mixture. (approximately 30sec)
Step 3
Sieve the mixture. I am kaisu person, I sieve twice and with 2 different type of sieve. 1st one is fine sieve then followed by the "Magic Oil Seive".
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a bowl and wrap it with cling wrap and steam for 12 mins in low heat. (preheat the pot before you put in the bowl of mixture)
After 12 mins....
Tadahhhhhhh........... So smooth and with mild coconut fragrance... soooo nice and smooth..
You may pamper yourself by putting....
