I am BACK from Missing in Action

After my last post of Non Bake Cheese Cupcake, I was like MIA.  Went to Jakarta for my work trip and I dunno why I felt super duper exhausted. Body aching and tired, lot of my friends saw me and kept saying I look pale but I am not sick. Myself also got scare off when I look at myself into the mirror.   I got no stress and I sleep well and eat well during my trip in Jakarta, I just do not know why I look so sick.

After a week of good rest, finally I look like a human. 

 

Well, this trip to Jakarta my hotel accommodation is FOC! I just paid for my air ticket, cos friend who station in Jakarta offered me to stay in her hotel room. Yes! How I hope I can have friends around the world and can have free stay when I am overseas for my work!

 

I just fall in love with the room once I step in! 

 

I always have weak heart for big bathroom and  bathtub.. 

 

 

 

Of cos must enjoy in the big bathtub with one of my fave cartoon.. Oggy!

Now I know why some gals like to do selfies in the lift.. The lighting was so great! Yes, I am one of them too..

 

Okay, also for people who curious with my work & asking why I always travel.. Here.. I doing buying and selling for tool and die component. Those little little component are the items that I am dealing with.. Not very interesting and dun think gals will like it.

 

 

 

Back to Singapore met up Bella for dinner and the gals for drinking.

 

Finally met up with pretty Bella after our degree course, she forever look so gorgeous!

After our dinner, we met up the gals for chilling, tonight theme is FELINE"S night. She having some RS problem and we are here for her. But our met up is a happy one, no tears no unhappy just laughter!

 

 

My face here look so chubby... hmm.. camera problem and the camera man skill! LOLX...

 

I had chop off my hair shorter again.. Though lot of people been telling me not to chop as they said long hair look better on me. Anyway, just wanna have some new look and hair will grow again.

Been very busy for the past week, moving house and managing with my own trading business. I had too many things to move and my speed is as slow as a snail.  I think if still dun speed up, till next year I might not able to move completely.

Also, I will spend more of my time in my work as I felt that I am too slacking and less focus in my career. Not everyone have the chance to start a business and I am a lucky gal who been taking good care by the god yet I am not taking things seriously.  Felt very disappointed of my performance and for the whole years I was like doing nothing.

No result produce for year 2013!  I am sorry 2013 ;(

 

Non Bake Oreo Cheese Cupcake

Lot of friends been asking me about the Oreo cheese cupcake that I made previously. I actually got the recipes online. It is a very easy step and non baking require.  

Ingredients (for 6 cupcake cheesecakes)

Crust

• 57g digestive biscuits 
• 30g tablespoons melted butter

Filling

• 155g cream cheese, softened
• 120ml cup whipping cream, whipped
• 50g powder sugar (you may reduce the sugar accordding to your preference)
• 4 Oreo cookies
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Topping

• 3 Oreo Cookies

Step for the crust

Prepare a cupcake pan with pepper liners.

Put the 4 Oreo in a zip bag and zip up. Then roughly crush them with a rolling pin. And set a side.

Place the digestive crackers in a zip bag and crush them with a rolling pin until fine crumbs. Then add in a mixing bowl and stir in melted butter until well mixed.  Distribute the mixture into the cupcake molds and press down to form a hard crust. Let the crust cool.

Step for the filling

Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks. And set aside.

Prepare a bowl, dd in cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. (Lemon juice acid will thickens the filling and tastes better) After added the lemon juice, the cream cheese will be softened. So stir until well combined. 

Add in whipped cream and whisk until homogeneously mixed. add in crushed Oreo and lightly stir to combine.

Lastly, use an ice cream scoop, fill the individual mould with the batter. Use a spoon press a little and make the top smooth. 

Chill them in the refrigerator overnight.

To serve

Put the remaining Oreo cookies in the zip bag crush with a rolling pin until fine sands, dust on top of the cheesecakes and serve immediately. You may use the A4 paper and cut out the heart shape, place the shape on top of the cupcake and dust the powder sugar to make the shape.

Murdoch Graduation Ceremony

31.10.2013, my graduation ceremony at Raffles Convention Center. Is like finally! I still remember my 1st trimester i was like so lack of confidence and kept thinking of giving up. Thank to all my friends and classmate who giving me lot of help and support, without them I dun think I can stand at the graduation ceremony receiving my degree. Thanks everybody and thanks god.

My kind classmate came all way to take picture with me, he had his grad ceremony 1 day earlier than mine. The person who quarrel with me the most during our studies life yet he is the person who came all way to take picture with me! LOLX... Thank you Sonic!



The only classmate who have his same grad ceremony with me on 31st Oct, the school actually separated into 2-3 days for the grad ceremony and it was separated according to surname alphabet. This is really SS (Silly and Stupid) We actually expect to enjoy the memorable day with all classmate yet it ended like 冷冷清清.

In love with Baking

Recently loved and in mood in baking, I just baked baked baked and no mood to do anything.

my 1st attempt for the durian puffs are a successful one!

Friends who tried my durian puffs giving me good remarks. Happy! Motivated me to do more baking.

But my 1st attempt for the Strawberry Shortcake was not a good one, the cake texture not so good... not soft enough. My 2nd attempt is a failure too. But at least the appearance look better.

Have quite some time did not blog, too lazy, just feel like sleep sleep sleep. Okay, not a good attitude.

Last few weeks was busy with the outstanding salary issue with my ex-employer, went to Ministry of Manpower to seek for help. We resolved our problem in labour court and court ordered my ex-employer to make outstanding salary payment to me within 14 days. Just received the salary and that will go to my beauty fund! Wanna do the CO2 laser for my face, to lighten the scars and have better complexion. Also, need to save money to do Botox and Filter. I want smaller face and sharper chin!

Hope the next blog I already done my botox, filter and also sign up the CO2 laser package! How I wish lor!

By the way, I trim my hair shorter again..

I wanna trim shorter but too many people telling me that this is the right length and I will look ugly in shorter hair length cos of my 大饼脸! This make me even wanna inject botox immediately but think of the charges, I still need to consider..

Had started my jogging cos after completed my degree course, I really have good appetite and ate alot! I actually put on 1.8kgs till date! WTF! I must slim down.. 

My targeted weight is 50kg! Jiayou Jiayou BellBell~

bad throat, flu and fever

Have recovered from my sore throat, flu and fever without consulting doctor nor taking any medicine! Hmm.. okay, i confess.. cos i scare of pills & have hard time to swallow it. But I really suffered like hell without medicine for my super bad sore throat and it caused me fever, bad headache and flu. I drank lot of water and sleep like a pig.

Anyway, thanks god! I am back to alive~

No more sick face!!

Though I am not feeling well but I still forced myself to do my skin care routine and hair care routine.. I will not skip my skin routine, not matter how sick i am.  But for hair... During  the 1st 2 day, I did not wash my hair cos I am shivering like hell, is like so cold and felt like Singapore going to snow!!. I washed my hair on the 3rd day when I felt much better and DIY hair treatment on the 4th day when i felt super much better.

I tried the Kerastase Fusio-Dose Concentre Oleo-Fusion hair treatment and it was amazing! My hair turn smooth and soft instantly!!

After 3rd day and 2nd washed...

Still feel so smooth and soft.. This is really a magic portion!

The treatment is very simple, just shampoo and towel dry hair. Apply the portion onto hair and leave for 15 mins, but i wrapped my hair with shower cap after apply the portion and waited for approximated an hour. Cos the portion was so expensive, a bottle 12ml cost S$14! Leave for 15 mins I dun think enough lor. Think can leave for 30 mins but becos I am doing my facial mask and i gotta leave the mask on face for an hour, so I just wash my hair and face together.

This hair treatment will be my latest 大爱！

I am going to sleep now cos of the pretty hectic day in work today and I am very tired. Tomorrow still have hell load of work pending.. I kept telling myself, "love your work, love your job, cos you love money more!"

Yes.. Love money love money! Ok then.. nite all and sweet dream.
